What if the number of white people who are pro Black Lives Matter is growing so fast that their numbers will soon overtake the number of white people against Black Lives Matter? What if mainstream media, right wing and leftist media, black and white media, refuse to acknowledge this because hate and divisiveness and polarization make for more clicks? What if white people recognize systemic racism for the horrific fact of life it is and are ready, willing, and planning to elect officials who feel the same way and have a concrete plan for change? What if in the language of hate and divisiveness and blame, this concept is being lost? Who benefits?
I wonder why bridge building groups are rarely, if ever, mentioned in mainstream media, right wing and leftist media, black and white media? Why is virtually nothing known about organizations such as, StarHawk’s Earth Activist Training. EAT stresses, “’social permaculture—— the ecology of group dynamics, the design of human systems to embrace diversity, resolve conflicts and build functional, nurturing and creative groups,” ever mentioned. As per the website: “EAT has a commitment to bring the skills and tools of permaculture to the groups most impacted by environmental and social injustice, and ongoing partnerships with inner-city groups with a focus on Bayview Hunters’ Point in San Francisco.”
What about the work, “One Nation Indivisible,” is doing, “compiling a list of people who are consciously working to create equitable, sustainable racially, economically and linguistically integrated schools, communities and social institutions One Nation Indivisible offers stories about inclusion and community building, and about people facing challenges and winning victories together.
What about ‘Coming To The Table,” whose vision is, “of a just and truthful society that acknowledges and seeks to heal from the racial wounds of the past—from slavery and the many forms of racism it spawned.”
Why do we hear nothing of these groups and groups like them? They are clearly dedicated to owning the horrors of the past (not reducing them) and making plans in the present, so that the future isn’t a repeat. Is it because the powerless (all colors, all sexes) want to wipe the floor with the powerful? Is it because the conversation is about Unity and Healing? The powers that be, the 1%, need divisiveness and polarization to stay in power. As long as the tribe of humanity is at war with itself when so many want the same thing—equality, economic parity, cops that serve and protect, excellent schools, excellent health care, clean food, clean air, safe neighborhoods, reproductive freedom, jobs, civil rights for all—we don’t have a snowball’s chance in hell of creating a safe, wonderfully diverse, sharing, caring, world, where humanity comes first and profit serves the needs of humanity. We have the ability to do this, whether we choose to exercise the ability or not is something else entirely.
Humanity united can never be divided. Humanity divided will continue to fight; the mainstream media, lefty media, conservative media, black and white media, will cover the fight, and everything will become about the fight—he said, she said, they said, back and forth, back and forth—and the power structure, that is 100% responsible for the horrors that have triggered the fight, remains intact. Solid as ever and laughing all the way to the bank.
Live loud, love fierce, and suffer no fools.

P.S. I am pro passionate argument, and I am very keen about listening to stories without cross-talking the speaker, but when the argument itself becomes more important than the needed change that is triggering the argument, it’s a dead end.
P.S.S. I am pro- Black Lives Matter. I love them because they're loud and their loudness forces people to recognize systemic racism.
